Apart from Germany's fluctuations which don't actually change their position at the top of the table, probably the biggest movers between 2006 and 2007 in terms of presence and absence were, predictably, the hosts and neighbours Switzerland and France (from 2006), together with Lithuania and Poland (from 2007), along with the not so predictable Ghana.
